Kızıltepe
Kızıltepe (Kurdish: Qoser, Arabic Tell-Ermen (meaning hill of Armenian)) is a town in, and a district of Mardin Province of Turkey. (Population 129 745 in 2009) Kızıltepe was the scene of clashes between protesting Kurds and Turkish riot police in 2006. [1] Turks, Circassians, Kurds, Arabs make up the population.
