Neyagawa (寝屋川市 Neyagawa-shi?) is a city located in Osaka, Japan.

As of 2010, the city has an estimated population of 238,549 and the density of 9,650 persons per km². The total area is 24.73 km².

The city was founded on May 3, 1951.

Neyagawa entered a Sister City relationship with Newport News, Virginia in 1982, as well as with Oakville, Ontario, where a boulevard is named after the city, in 1984.
