Ozurgeti (Georgian: ოზურგეთი) is a town and the regional administrative centre of Western Georgian province of Guria, former Macharadze or Makharadze (named in honor of Filipp Makaradze). Population of Ozurgeti: 21,009. The major part of a town is located between Natanebi and Bjuji rivers.

Honors
A minor planet 2139 Makharadze discovered in 1970 by Soviet astronomer Tamara Mikhailovna Smirnova is named after Makharadze city (twin city of Genichesk) in honor of the friendship of Georgian and Ukrainian peoples.
