Hlybokaye (Belarusian: Глыбокае, Russian: Глубокое, Glubokoye) is a town (since 1940) in Vitebsk Oblast, Belarus, the capital of the Hlybokaye Raion (Hlybocki District, be:Глыбоцкі раён). The first records about the settlement are dated 1514.

The remains of more than 20 people presumably shot by the Soviet NKVD secret police between 1939 and 1941, after the Union's takeover of the area from Poland.
